Introduction Call

We will start with a 15-minute conversation to learn about your site where we’ll build your new HONE and answer any questions you have.

step 2

Local Zoning Assessment

To begin, this phase requires a $500 deposit that will be applied toward the final cost of your home. We will complete a site-specific Zoning Assessment to ensure your HONE will be suitable for your property.

step 3

Follow-Up Call

We’ll then have a second, more detailed conversation, where we will provide the results of our Zoning Assessment and pricing.

Permitting & Deposit to Build

We will oversee and complete the entire permitting process for you.

step 5

Off-Site Construction

Through our industrialized construction techniques, we build your new HONE in our shop with a team of experienced modular craftsmen.

Site Preparation

Our team will consult on the on-site preparation to ensure the proper installation of your new HONE.

step 7

Delivery

We will assist on the transport and delivery of your HONE to the prepared site. We will then perform a quality inspection upon final installation.
